I. NANSHA AC Production Base: Occupies an area of 20,000 square meters, incorporates 4 production lines with over 1000 employees. Commercial Air Conditioners produced by this Production Base are exported to more than 100 countries. SASO, ETL, CE, CB and ISO qualified.

II. BEIJIAO AC ProductionBase: Occupies an area of 38,000 square meters, incorporates 5 production lines with over 1,000 employees. Residential Air Conditioners such as Wall split mounted type, Window type, Portable type, Floor Standing type and Dehumidifiers, produced by this Production Base are exported to more than 100 countries. SASO, ETL, CE, CB and ISO qualified

III. BEIJIAO & XIAOLAN SDA Production Base: Occupies an area of 50,000 square meters, incorporates 8 production lines with over 1200 employees, specialized in Small Domestic Appliances production mainly. The Products are exported to more than 100 countries. SASO, ETL, CE, CB and ISO qualified.

A. Kanion air conditioners come with standard incoterms limited warranty, 5 years for compressor and 2 years for other parts.  
Kanion provides 1% free spare for each container of air conditioners.  

Q. What is Kanion trouble shooting and how does it work?  
A. Kanion air conditioners come a self- diagnosis system. This basically means that the air conditioner determines most the  
troubles on its own and provides an error code on the LCD screen, then based on information from the user's manual, it is easier  
and faster for the user to follow the steps and solve the trouble at home. Furthermore our local representatives are always

Q. How do I choose the right air-conditioner for my country?  
A. Almost every country in the world have special climate conditions and air conditioning products must be produced based on those  
conditions, to operate properly. Furthermore there are import, certification, safety compliance, energy efficiency and  
environmental regulations that need to be met per country or greater region, so the best way to choose the right air conditioner,  
is to let the Kanion sales team to direct you to the right pool of choices. Let us know your country and we will take you right  
away to the right air conditioner category.  

Q. Does Kanion Group have a minimum order quantity requirement and why?  
A. In order to provide the best possible products at the friendliest price, Kanion Group has set a minimum order quantity. For  
Deluxe Series, minimum order quantity is 50 sets / pieces per capacity, for Prime Series the minimum order quantity is 100 sets /  
pieces per capacity for 9,000BTU & 12,000BTU and 50 sets / pieces per capacity for 18,000 & 24,000BTU. For more details about

Q. Can I order a sample for testing purpose before I proceed with my full order?  
A. Customers are welcome to place sample orders to test Kanion quality before they proceed with full order. The sample are usually  
produced faster than full orders and can be dispatched by courier or shipment.  

Q. What is the full order's production time and process?  
A. Peak Season, October to March: After the order is placed it will take between 35-40 days to be fully produced, packed and ready  
to ship. Low Season, April to September: After the order is placed it will take between 30 days to be fully produced, packed and  
ready to ship. Production process: Includes collection of raw materials, finalisation of artworks, assembly, testing of quality  
and efficiency & packaging, before it is ready for shipment.  

Q. Can I print my trademark and carton design on the units of my order?  
A. Customers are welcome to use their own registered trademark and carton design on the air conditioners and cartons of their  
order. In case a customer wishes to use KANIONco brand name on the units and cartons, can consult with the appointed sales person  
whether KANIONco brand name is available for use in the specified country or region and
