We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to return it.


To qualify for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product you received is defective and the defect is clearly visible in the images, you may not need to return it. Returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


To minimize shipping distance, products requiring inspection will be returned to the nearest warehouse.


Since we do not accept returns, products should be shipped to the return address, not the pickup point, and will be automatically returned to the sender.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue. Please retain the shipping and product boxes until the investigation is complete.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return your existing item and purchase a new item separately after your return has been accepted.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days, without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.

Pre-orders

You have the right to change your mind at any time before your order is shipped and receive a full refund. After your order has been shipped, you have 30 days to contact us to request a return. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refused Delivery

If an order is not collected at the Customer Collection Point and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a return fee of 2, which will be deducted from any refund for the product.
