For some countries, shipping costs vary significantly depending on location within the country, and our shipping rates are calculated based on an average price. However, if the actual shipping cost exceeds the estimated price at checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee based on the actual shipping cost. In this case, we will promptly communicate with the buyer to inform them of the adjusted price. If both parties agree, we will require the customer to pay the additional difference. If the adjusted shipping cost is not agreed upon, a refund will be issued.

Pre-orders
The ship date for pre-ordered items is the estimated ship date from our warehouse. We reserve the right to update the ship date at any time if there are delays in manufacturing or shipping (to our warehouse), or if we receive the product earlier than expected.
