1. What is the MOQ
Normally, MOQ will be at least 300-500 units each model, if we have stock, less quantity will be accepted.
2. What is the filters are we using now?
We are using multiple layer HEPA filters, including pre-filter + true HEPA filter + photocatalyst or cold catalyst filter which have great help in odor removal, cleaner for allergies, pets dander, pet hair, smoke, mold, pollen, and dust.
3. When should I replace the filters?
HEPA filtets can often be used continuously for more than 6 months, the actual life depends on the actual air quality levels. Our machine has the filter change indication function to remind users when should change filters.
4. When is the delivery time?
The sample usually will be ready in 3-7 days after payment received.
5. What are your warranty terms?
Our machine warranty is one year, and 0.3%-1% components will be provided if needed.
