1. What is the MOQ?
Normally, the minimum order quantity will be at least 300-500 unites each model for OEM order, and we support sample order and trial order with small quantity.
2. What is the filter are we using now?
We are using 4 stages of filter, include pre-filter, true hepa 11 or 13 filter, activated carbon filter, photocatalyst or coldcatalyst filter, which have great help in removal of odor, allergens, pet dander, cigarette smoke, mold, pollen and dust.
3. When should I replace the filter?
HEPA filters can often be used continuously for more than 6 months, the actual life time depends on the the actual air quality level and frequency of use. Our machines have the filter replacing indication function to remind users when should change filter.
4. What is the delivery time for sample?
Sample ready time will be 2-3 days after payment received, samples will be sent out by DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, etc.
5. What are the warranty terms?
The warranty time of our machine is one year, 0.3%-1% components spart parts can be provided if needed.
