1. What is the MOQ?
Normally, MOQ will be at least 300-500 units each model, if we have stock, less quantity will be accepted.
2. When should I replace the filters?
HEPA Filters can often be used continuously for more than six months, the actual life depends on the actual air quality levels. Our machine has the filter change indication function to remind users when should change filters.
3. What is the delivery time for the sample?
Sample ready time will be: 2-3 days after payment received. Samples will be sent out via DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, etc.
4. What are your warranty terms?
Our machine warranty is one year, 0.3-1% components will be provided if needed.
